Such a relaxing experience. Thank you to all the staff from the front desk to the spa therapist. Facility was clean and luxurious. The staff were very kind, professional and attentive. Definitely took advantage of coming in early to make use of the complimentary steam room, spa and pool. 10/10 recommend.

Sublime!! I had the 3 hour velvet experience and it was absolutely amazing - I felt like I had been on a two week holiday when I walked out of there, I was so relaxed. The massage was perfect, she really listened to what i wanted and applied the perfect amount of pressure (I like a firm massage!). I understand what people are saying about the robes looking old, but honestly, who cares?! For the quality of the treatment I honestly couldn't care if my robe has some pulled threads. They get washed so often its bound to happen! I went through 3 just in the time I was there.

Had an amazing time with my gf, staff were very accomodating. Got the Christmas indulgence package, which included a 45 minute massage and 45 minute facial with additional eye treatment. The pool was amazing and even got a a glass of wine and champagne as part of the package.

Got gifted a voucher to come here for an hour massage. Popped in to do a session in the gym before which was great! had the most relaxing massage afterwards, couldn’t fault it! friendly staff who are so warm and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back :))

Excellent service. Lovely space to be in. Reception was warm and friendly. The masseuses were great. Loved the pool, the spa and the steam room. Coll little gadget to drain the water out of your swimming costume. Easily accessible lockers and lockers room facilities.

First Spa experience and it was fantastic, the service, location, amenities, staff experience and flexibility. I would definitely recommend this place but plan accordingly as it can get busy on weekends.

Absolutely luxurious! Amazing spa, kind and attentive staff, and incredible massage therapist. Event quiet hours so I could relax without kids screaming. I couldn’t have asked for more!!!

Donna goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and individualised treatment for every guest/ customer. I was impressed by her professionalism and dedication to her craft! True perfectionist and seems to take a lot of pride in her work and she is exceptionally good at it! I had a blissful deluxe manicure and pedicure where I fell asleep and woke up feeling refreshed, scrubbed to perfection! Thanks so much for such a wonderful experience!

While staying at the hotel I enjoyed the velvet experience package. 3 hours of relaxation, pampering and pure bliss. The massage was simply the best I’ve ever experienced and the facial left my skin glowing and hydrated. The staff are amazing. Exceptional customer service, friendly and highly knowledgeable. The products are also fantastic even on my sensitive, dry and mature skin.
